  With years of industry experience, Natalie leads the Fix It 1st Cleaning Division, delivering professional, reliable, and high-standard cleaning services. She specialises in office, retail, industrial, and deep cleaning, ensuring pristine and compliant commercial spaces.  

 James brings extensive multi-trade experience to the Fix It 1st team, specialising in carpentry, plumbing, and kitchen installations. Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service, James ensures every project prioritises client satisfaction, quality workmanship, and attention to detail. His commitment to excellence and friendly approach consistently exceed customer expectations. 

 Jay has over 20 years of experience in the domestic building and maintenance sector, bringing a wealth of knowledge across various trades. His expertise includes plastering, rendering, brickwork, decorating, groundwork, fascias and soffits, windows, and doors. With a strong building background, Jay is skilled in multiple areas and is always ready to get involved in all aspects of the job
